By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.
Cancellation
Once the product has been processed 24 hours including order verification, assembling, quality check, and packaging, we are no longer accept any cancellation of order.
However, as long as the package has not already processed, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have gone by since receipt of goods, unfortunately we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange.
Please choose carefully as we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges. All purchases are final.
Please note that any error concerning delivery, resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of ordering, will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you need to write in within 7 days of receipt with photo proofs of defective or damaged items. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
We cannot be liable for any mishandling of the product(s) and usage. Sale or promo items cannot be refunded.
In exceptional cases where returns are granted. We do not provide pre-paid return labels, you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.
Returned item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in brand new condition with tags. Exchange requests must be for products with the same or lower value only.
